The shape of the airbag offers complete protection: back, neck, spine, chest, ribs, pelvis, abdomen, etc. 18-liter chamber for optimal pressure with a rapid inflation time of 100 ms. A stretchy fabric is placed on top of the back to optimize neck protection (nicely concealed by a Velcro strap). This leather vest integrates TURTLE technology, which means that the airbag is located under the back protector (SAS-TEC level 2). This innovation is a significant improvement in back protection. The results of shock absorption and distribution are significantly higher, and it protects against sharp objects. The vest's outer layer is made of high-quality black 1.2 mm cowhide leather. Zippers on the back and left side for easy access to sew on patches if desired. 3 outer pockets and 2 inner pockets (one classic + one smartphone). Stretchy leather on the sides ensures a comfortable fit and high comfort. Very low cut under the arms for full freedom of movement and to be worn over other clothing or motorcycle gear. Quick and easy replacement of the CO2 cartridge. No special tools or technical knowledge are required to install the strap on the motorcycle. Custom is CE certified by the external laboratory CRITT Sport, the French specialist for objective testing of personal protective equipment (PPE).
