Arai Quantic is not just a helmet – it is an advanced protective equipment designed to combine ultimate safety with optimal comfort for sport touring. As the first Arai helmet developed to meet the strict requirements of the ECE R22-06 standard, Quantic takes performance and innovation to a whole new level.
Advanced shell for maximum safety
The helmet's shell is made from PB e-cLc, a lighter yet extremely strong construction that disperses impact forces in the event of a collision. The shell is also 5 mm wider at the front and on the sides, making it easier to put on and take off. With three different shell sizes, a perfect fit is offered for every rider.
Superior visor system and aerodynamics
Quantic is equipped with the VAS-V visor system (Variable Axis System), which provides a larger and smoother surface to improve "Glancing Off" properties in a collision. The visor is prepared for Pinlock Max Vision, which is included in the box, and features a locking mechanism taken from Arai's Formula 1 helmets. For extra functionality, the Pro Shade System (sun visor) can be retrofitted.
The helmet's rear wing, inspired by RX-7V Racing, improves aerodynamics and reduces turbulence without compromising safety.
Top-class ventilation
Quantic offers a total of 12 ventilation holes, carefully designed to provide optimal airflow. Some highlights include:
- Hidden central ventilation openings behind the Arai logo
- Filter-equipped side vents to reduce noise
- Three-dimensional brow ventilation that cools the sides of the head
- Neck vent that creates airflow
- FFS (Free Flow System), which reduces wind noise and improves air circulation under the helmet
Premium interior with customization options
The helmet's interior is completely removable and washable, with a luxurious liner made of brushed nylon. The Facial Contour System (FCS) in the cheek pads provides a perfect fit and extra comfort.
To ensure a tailored fit, the cheek pads and temple pads have a removable 5 mm layer. The helmet is also equipped with the Emergency Release System (ERS), which facilitates rescue personnel to carefully remove the helmet in the event of an accident.
Intercom-ready and prepared for long journeys
Quantic is designed with flat surfaces for easier intercom mounting, dedicated pockets for headphones, and the option to conceal wiring in the neck collar.
