Packtalk Edge Honda is the Honda-designed version of the world's most advanced intercom system. The unit is equipped with the most advanced Bluetooth 5.2 chip on the market. This allows for the integration of the latest audio technology and significantly improves the quality of your intercom. Bluetooth 5.2 is also more efficient and secure, providing longer battery life. Packtalk Edge is powered by 2nd generation Dynamic Mesh Communication, DMC, which delivers crystal-clear sound and a lightning-fast connection for a group of up to 15 riders. DMC is a connection frequency for intercom calls that creates a dynamic network among all participants, instead of having to pair all participants in a chain formation, which is the setup with classic Bluetooth connections.
DMC is particularly effective for intercom calls with multiple users and is also extremely easy to pair, whether you are 4 people or 15 people. The pairing process is completed in under 2 minutes. For those who want to talk to just one member of the group, there is also the Private Chat function. It has a generous range of up to 1.6 km between riders and a DMC group range of 8 km. Packtalk Edge has many improved features, an upgraded Natural Voice engine, enhanced JBL sound, and an improved noise-canceling microphone for an exceptional audio and communication experience while riding. Packtalk Edge is controlled by Natural Voice Operation, just say: Hello Cardo, and tell it what you want. You can easily attach the unit with the magnetic Air Mount by holding it close to the helmet mount, where it quickly and securely attaches to your helmet. Packtalk Edge is resistant to water, rain, mud, dust, snow, and sunlight. The unit also features an ergonomic control wheel, can be charged while riding, and has a warranty period of 3 years.
