The second generation of Merlin's hugely popular waxed motorcycle jacket Edale in eight Oz Cotec cotton has arrived. With the best features of our first generations, Edale II has been updated with improvements developed from consumer tests and customer feedback. Made of the eight Oz Cotec, exclusive to Merlin, weighs half the weight but is twice as strong as our traditional waxed cotton. Edale II uses a temperature regulatory Outlast® thermophodian, which can be taken out as needed and has been equipped with a Texland ™ Humax® 15K/10K Waterproof membrane with even better breathability than before. Other improvements include fit, closures, protective placement, waterproof outer pockets, for an even more refined motorcycle garment. Diamond stitching for reinforcements on sleeves and elbow. Pre -assembled D3O® LP1 protection for shoulder and elbow and D3O® Viper back protection. Approved according to default EN17092 Level AA. Two chest pockets with bellows, two lower waterproof pockets with bellows. Large pocket at the back, as well as several pockets inside the jacket and hand heater on the side with magnetic closing. The jacket has all the zippers from YKK, leather-clad border on collar, cuff and pockets, manchester on the inside of collar and cuffs, Nightgloss® reflex on collar, ventilation points front and rear, drawstring in the waist, and zipper for connection in trousers and euro hoop clutch strap.
