The BMC RACE air filter FM01212RACE is a high-performance replacement filter that has been specifically developed for the Yamaha MT-09 890 and MT-09 890 SP models from 2024 onwards.
This filter consists of multi-layer cotton soaked in low-viscosity oil, enclosed in an aluminium mesh. This design enables increased air flow and efficient filtration of particles down to 7 micrometres in size, which is a significant improvement over conventional paper filters.
